C5 Systems have developed the technology to rapidly machine large-scale objects in foam, wood etc from generic 3D computer models and are able to produce these parts using a 3-axis CNC controlled Milling machine.
Prototype Parts
C5 Systems with the use of their Mill is able to supply to all industries, infinite scale prototype parts in materials such as Ureol, Polystyrene Foam, Polyurethane Foam, Wood, Resins, machining Plasters and Clay.
Able to undertake projects, and not only provide highly competitive costing, but produce work of far superior quality in minimal time, which cannot be replicated by manual labour. As a prerequisite our staff and facilities uphold the tightest of security and confidentialities, as expected in such a fast paced industry.
The increased accuracy that comes with this machining allows for much larger parts to be produced in pieces and assembled on site, meaning size is no issue to the finish. With the capability of reverse engineering, creating parts from models or even photographs to rebirth or replicate outdated items lost in time.
C5 are able to rapid prototype parts from Fiberglass without the use of moulds. Such parts as bumper fascias and body styling kits, can be machined to a precise first class styling surface, ready to be fitted to the vehicle.
The capabilities and possibilities of this machine are limitless, in the industry of machining. From machining the plug for a race car body, to cutting the mould for an ocean class yacht, sculpted bowls or even moulds for concrete feature walls - this machine is only restricted by imagination, no job is too delicate, no job to large.
